We have 1488 acres for lease in Kent County, Texas. The lease is located between Rotan and Jayton about 3.5 hours west of DFW. We have a camp area with water and electricity but the hunter must supply his own camper. We currently have 6 guns and we need one more management minded gun. It's $1850 a gun + electricity (usually $100-$150 a year). Let me know if your interested and I'll try and post some pics.

The lease is located 17 miles North of Rotan not far off of hwy 70. ABC creek runs through the lease and we are probably only a 1/4 mile from the river. Family is welcomed but they hunt off your tags. We are allowed to hunt all game but we can only hunt quail after deer season.

Each gun is allowed 1 buck, 4.5 years or older, and 2 does.
