Year Round 5600 acre MLD (deer season starts October 1!) registered lease near Nacogdoches, TX. Hunter’s Paradise with Deer, Hogs and Varmints. Up to 3 bucks a year available; shoot a Trophy, Cull, Management and Does (Definitions will be given to members). (Some guys shoot does - some don’t) feel free to have wife/kids/guests come help our doe harvest. This lease offers a wide range of terrain to hunt and actually feels and hunts much bigger than 5600 acres. Year Round wet creeks, part of the lease borders Lake Nacogdoches. This is a Bow Hunter’s paradise with all the tall pines and Hardwoods. Currently there are 15 club stands with food plots and feeders on each stand. Hunters just need to show up, tag their stand and go enjoy a nice stand and a great hunting experience. One personal stand is allowed that is your stand and no one else can hunt, additional stands maybe placed (call for further clarification).

Water, electricity and sewage is available, skinning rack, head quarters house with basic kitchen amenities, bunk house with bathroom & shower also available. Our membership is limited to only 17 members. We are looking for 5 new members. Most members bring our kids, ride 4 wheelers, UTV's, some members enjoy a few beers and long nights around a camp fire. This IS a family friendly lease, we encourage members to bring their children and teach them about hunting. Current members are all very respectful individuals with deer management high on our list of priorities as well as family time in the woods where we can pass down the outdoors to our next generations. Russ79 it is private land managed by a trust it won't sell in our lifetime. They do pump gas and take timber but is managed by a biologist, forester and land manager.

We want to keep this hunt club exclusive with a limited # of guns.

Daily Bump, looks like we have 3 spots left. We have a couple that are very interested but have not committed yet. We are locked in at current cost for the next 5 years, with the option on the next 5. Great place to hunt if your serious about hunting or looking for a family friendly lease.

Just got back our lease this weekend. We put over 100 miles on my new Ranger, 5600 acres of woods, pipelines, fence lines, logging roads & gas company roads lots of places for them to hide and hunt! We filled some feeders, put some more protein out...Saw lots of deer, lots of water in the creeks/river. Lots of green vegetation should be some healthy studs out there this fall!!!!!!!

Still looking for a couple more members. This truly is a must see. I know East Texas gets a bad wrap with meth heads and thieves. but our place has Full Time property manager who lives their with his family. The forester is there about 6 days a week and knows when a leaf is out of place, he puts up cameras to catch people. Plus with the other memebers that are there randomly it is very safe.
