Finished one up this evening for a fellow THF member 8" total 3 5/8" blade at 5/32 stock thickness handle is antique ivory micarta with brass pins and Mosaic.

I really like it. The antique ivory rocks. Really nice profile from the blade to the handle. That color has an elegant look to it but we know how tough that micarta is.

Not only is the ivory micarta attractive and easy to keep, it is excellent for scrimshaw work. Excellent choice on blade length.

Thanks guys, I usually start a new profile by sketching on paper, transferring to a nice piece of cardboard for future builds, but this knife was just free hand ground from bar stock 0-1 with a little sharpie scribbling on the metal itself as I went. Anyway it was a fun project I very rarely make knives with gut hooks because I do not use one myself but its nice to move out of the box every once in a while.

Really good job putting that together, how did you cut the gut hook? I drilled a hole then used band saw to cut from spine to the drilled hole
