Anyone have any recommendations on where to find a good suppresser for a .338?

Shark Suppressors in Plano, TX make the Jaws can for 338 Lapua and Templar Tactical near Houston, TX make some good 338 suppressors.

If you want quiet, try shooting 300 blk out subs through a 338 can!

I owned a 338 YHM Phantom and it was top notch. Great suppression.

Thanks. I looked at some of Templars stuff yesterday. I'll check out the Jaws as well. I'm a newbie as far as suppressers go so I was hoping someone had some input into which ones are good and which ones to stay away from.

I bet that is quiet, I'm hoping these little rounds I'm working on will be good and quiet as well

338 full power or just for subsonics,? it makes a big difference.

I believe if it's just subsonics you can get a much smaller suppressor
such as the Mystic; which would also work on 300blk full power/subs, 16" .223
full power, 9mm and 22 lr.

If you are going to use full power 338, you need a big old can I think.

SilencerCo makes a new HAVESTER BIG BORE 338. I have no experience with it.

I know several shooters that have a suppressor for their 338 Lapua. You can also shoot anything smaller though the same can. They would put the 338 can on a 300 blk out shooting the subs. The added volume area of the 338 can will really make a subsonic round very quiet.

I also have a 338 Lapua subsonic load shooting the 300 grain Sierra Matchking running 1040 fps. It's a lot of fun to shoot and very quiet suppressed. A 300 grain bullet, even at subsonic speeds, packs a good punch.

Thank you for the replies. I'll keep this updated with which one I decide to go with.

Even at "full power" this little guy shouldn't be that loud but I will be loading it subsonic because I want it as quiet as possible

That's what I'm planning on. It's gonna be a hogs worst nightmare. Right now I'm playing with some Nosler Accubonds, but I haven't had a whole lot of time to do anything to serious.
