How much are you wanting to spend and what are you using the rifle for?

I have two Tasco World Class 3x9x50's that I like.
They're pretty clear and cheap at @$69.
The 50mm lens brings in enough light to help make up for the lower lens quality. There's not a whole lot of difference between them and my Leupold that I paid a whole lot more for. You'll have to use "high" rings with the 50mm.

If i'm looking for a good scope at a modest price I go with a Bushnell Banner 3 - 9 X 40. Very good scope for around $80.
If I want a really nice scope, I buy one with a golden "L" on the side!

I'm a big fan of my Burris Fullfield II.

Burris Fullfield II at Cabelas

They can be found pretty cheap and sometimes have a handheld GPS or spotting scope with them. However, for the price Cabelas has them, a guy could get a Leupold.

Go to Cabelas, my SIL and I both bought Burris 4.5x14 fullfeild II scopes with ballisticplex reticle and they came with a 12x24x compact spotting scopes. These scopes are extermely clear. We bought them to put on varmint rifles, and couldn't be happier with them.

Bartender, bring me anything except brake fluid, cause I don't plan on stopping!

Agreed, I picked one up on ebay a couple months back for $225. Had a couple minor scratches on the tube but the lenses were perfect.
