What's the most effective way to clean the case lube off of your casings? All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Just put them back in the tumbler for a short time.

Use Hornady One Shot Case lube and there is no reason to wipe off any lube. Been using this stuff for years and its far superior to regular case lube IMHO.

If you don't wipe off your case lube, the case can not get a good seal in the chamber when fired, which will effect your accuracy and consistency of the round. I use Hornady One Shot mainly, as well as a few others depending on the task.

Hornady OS will come off easily with a rag. But if I am doing a lot of cases, I put them back in the tumbler for about 20-30 minutes. I run 2 sets of media- one for cleaning brass (newer media) and one for cleaning lube off (old media).

I use Imperial sizing wax, IMHO it is the best lube for reloading. After I size the case I wipe it off with a rag, it doesn't take much of the imperial wax and it is easy to get off.

I use Imperial for my large rifle stuff. Large pistol (44 mag, etc) and small rifle (.223) gets Dillon (preferred) or Hornady (since I have it on hand) because it does not get my hands near as nasty. Small pistol (9, 45, etc) does not get any lube.
