Looking at buying some land, not much maybe 30-40 acres. Would like something that has animals (deer, hogs, birds etc). Looking for something within about 2 hours of the D/FW area. Thanks.

I know in the recent past that Campbell Farm and Ranch out of Graham has had those size acreage and larger posted, mostly in Stephens county near Breckenridge if memory serves me, www.Campbellfarmandranch.com. Personally don't know anything about their operation or whether pricing is competitive for the area.

There is 40 acres with rustic cabin for sale down the road from me in Cooke county.Borders a creek that feeds hagerman. Price is 200k.

only problem with the land is there is a railroad track that splits it. thats why i think it could be bought cheep

When I was looking for land I made an appointment with Boone, drove three hours and he never showed up. I don't think I would do business with him.

I called him while while waiting to meet up with him in Caddo, TX and he did not answer. He never called back or emailed. I did get a linkedin request from him a year ago, which I promptly deleted.
