I got my lion back from Deer Creek Wildlife Studio 254-709-6151 and I am so pleased with the work that Clay Wagner and his staff did.

At first, I thought you had your lion in a cage at a zoo (first pic)! Great looking mount.

Can't wait to get my own lion back from Evelyn and Mike.

One more pic of the head.

jdk1985- Full body mounts are expensive but from what I have seen on the web Clay's prices are very fair
This cat came out of the top of a tall pine in Northwest New Mexico and it hit a branch on the way down that put a half inch hole in the head just above the left eye, I was concerned about it but Clay fixed it just fine.

Red bluff, that thing is scary looking. Fantastic job. Where'd you get him?

Great lookin' mount right there!

When he was young, I told Dale Jr. that hunting and racing are a lot alike. Holding that steering wheel and holding that rifle both mean you better be responsible.

Erath Kid- I took this lion with hounds in New Mexico, I shot it with a 357 mag and it was still very alive when it hit the ground. That scared me enough that I came home and bought a
45-70 guide gun no more pistols for me.

Very very sharp mount. I like it much better than the laying down pose I see so often. Lion is on my list for next year and your post is getting me fired up.
Any idea what that cat weighed? Skull measurement?

Very nice mount!

It's not skybusting, if you make the shot.
