I'm blessed with shows like this in my front yard most mornings. Took this picture from my patio door a few minutes ago.

Sooo jealous. Does this make you feel better? They are eating the corn that the cardinals kicked out of the bird feeders. This group is less than 20 yards from the house and I had to shoot the picture thru the sliding glass door to keep from spooking them.

Sorry to be a show off, Guys!
With the dry weather conditions around here, this is the first year in a long time we've had more than a handfull to show off.
There are more around here than there have been in years but hunting pressure has been light and I feed 'em pretty well to help them get going again.
Now, if we could just get Bobwhites going here again.....

Great pics. We've had an abundance of birds this year. In the past couple of days I've seen 3 different Toms strutting while I've been sitting on the porch. Yes, we are very lucky
