I was wondering if anyone could recommend someone that's capable of making me an over barrel suppressor for a Remington 30.06?
Thanks,

Are you talking about making your rifle integrally suppressed? Or are you looking for a suppressor that slides over the end of the barrel a few inches? If you are looking for a true "over barrel" suppressor, the only one I know of (also the one I run) is an Allen Engineering AE30. Ron Allen used to make all of the Ops Inc suppressors, a few of which were over barrel suppressors, and now he makes his own. They are available through Adco.

What are you trying to achieve with your rifle?

I think you will spend more money trying to get an integrally suppressed system custom built for your rifle than it will benefit you. I would just get a regular suppressor. 30-06 won't be nearly as quiet as a suppressed .308 will be. Are you shooting a bolt gun or a semi-auto?

That's what I was told it's too much noise too mask, I'm shooting a bolt action. Guess it'll be better to hold off until I come across a .308 then.

I shoot a 300wm suppressed and it's very quiet.

Not much difference between my .308 and .300 winmag soundwise! Just a hair louder!
