I have been using a Garmin 60CSX for a couple of years now and think it is great. It is very simple to use and with the topo sd cards it is a very complete unit that I wouldn't trade for any other model or brand.

I also believe the Garmin GPSMap 60 CSX is one of the best hunting GPS units along with the Garmin eTrex Vista Hcx and Garmin Rino 530 Hcx. I have written a few articles about these GPS units over on my blog at http://besthuntinggps.blogspot.com Let me know if you have any questions about choosing a GPS for hunting. I would be happy to answer them for you.

have the GPSMAP® 478.. I can use it in the car, on the water and on the trail. Used it over christmas to mark some popups that i sat up on a 22oo area ranch and they where way off the roads. it took me right to them. Great thing is it will also plot the trail you took to get there.
Not small but still fit in the front pocket of the shirt i was wearing.
Bottom line, never trust a man whose uncle was eaten by cannibals.-Sen Joni Ernst
