i have several vepr rifles. I absolutely love them. For reliabilty, and accuracy is pretty damn good! My favorite is my vepr .308. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Is VEPR the manufacturer or the style? I dint know anything about those kind of rifles.

I have an "AK" Vepr in 7.62x39. They have a 1.5mm receiver so they are more robust but heavier. It shoots really smooth. Vepr's are Russian made as well. Solid guns.

I have a coworker with a Vepr in 7.62x54r and it is a monster.

Gibsons in Weatherford has abunch in. Multiple calibers and a good price. Bout a 30 minute drive for ya.
