I will say, it is OBVIOUS I havent put any weight on that foot for over 2mo. My heal has gotten a bit sore from using it again.

A lil update...
I have been walking completely unassisted for a couple of weeks now....other than using my walking boot at work. The biggest reason for that is the yard at work is very uneven gravel and the last thing I want to do is twist my ankle now.
Monday I got a full release from the dr. He was VERY happy with my progress.
These cold fronts are extremely painful and something I will have to deal with i guess. A walk though walmart or Lowes is slow and painfull but doable
Thanks again for all of the prayers

Wait till the summer rolls around. Every time you come in from outside where it's hot, to a cold place you'll know it right away. Your ankle/leg will start to hurting fast from the hardware changing temps before your body does. Going from cold to hot doesn't hurt.

Good luck, i started phys therapy on my shoulder last week. It hurts but in the end I think aside from the Arthritis I'll have about 70% range of motion and definitely more coming to me from the VA.
Korea is nothing like Germany, and no amount of Army Modernization propaganda will convince me otherwise. I miss my wife and kids something fierce
