past few weeks ive had dogs coming in and hanging up on the edge of the tree line so i cant shoot them. Any tips to get those dogs out in the open/ and ones who have been pressured to come in.
PS: got my first cat to come in with a mouth call last night. That was cool

I'm very new to coyote hunting, so take it with a grain of salt. How camouflaged are you? Could they be spotting you, and that's keeping them held back?

Night or day calling?
If day time put out a decoy.
If nigh time, they have probably winded you and aren't going to come out.

MOST of this stuff has already been gone over but I'm gonna hi the good points again and weed out the trash!! Camo is your friend!! use it and don't get silhouetted be the sun during nightfall, daybreak. MANY times you can ECall TOO MUCH....stop it, and mouth call sporadically for a few minutes, and that should bring them out of the brush and running in. in with the mouth calls, incorporate a mouse squeaker into you call lists of "mouth Calls"......Add a Decoy somewhere close tp your ecall for relative realism to your setup.
