I currently have a Miller Bobcat, stick welder. Is there is a way to add a wire feed and use the Bobcat as the energy source? The only wire welders I have used were 220V and were "self-contained".

Yes, they make two types. One requires a remote plug on the machine and the other does not. I believe the Bobcat will need a voltage sensing type since it does not have the plug. Both types work fine. I have the non-sensing type and have ran spool after spool of duo shield on dozers and excavators over the years with no issues. It works equally well with regular er70 MIG wire as well.
