Cant help you on the lease part. Ive never paid for a lease but as far as game goes Ive seen some big deer come from there but mostly just good average deer. Most all of it has plenty of hogs and turkeys. Overall Id say good population of game.

We have a 600 acre ranch north of Jacksboro. Last year the hunting was tough, there was so much for the deer to eat. We did have a 130" 14pt shot. Main frame 9 with stickers...very heavy. This year we are seeing more deer come to feeders. We have killed 2 deere this year. A 115" 8pt. and my dad's 11pt. with a 9 1/2" drop tine. My uncle videoed an 8pt. that we figure will score 140 or better. Only time he has been seen. We have trapped over 40 hogs this year and killed another 25 or so while hunting. We have only seen 1 turkey this deer season. During the spring we can usually call in a couple. There are lots of coyotes around our place. Between them and the hogs, I think they are keeping our turkey and deer numbers down.

 Sometimes I wonder if it will get to the point you bring an attorney with you out hunting.
