Alright guys I need your opinions on the best area right now to pop some of these white birds. A friends mom is getting him a trip for his birthday and she is asking me. So guide recommendations are welcome too. She wants it to be in Texas and a two day hunt most likely.

In the 1980-1992 area there were 2.2 million snows wintering in texas every year.
This year 150,000

Few thousand will do for me, not all of us can stack up the hatch of a grand cherokee on a daily basis like yourself. Though I do have a piperack for hauling metroguns....

Twice a week will do, not daily basis.
And they are pigeons, not snows.

There were over a million birds in 98' Beav.

Majority feel this number was low (153,000). 800 birds in Zone 4?? I promise you there were birds there. Also there were strong numbers all over (prairie)about 3 weeks before the count. It appeared birds had shifted but not enough to get that low.

I heard the birds made a strong push up into the midwest. Bet they stall a bit with the weather. Should be locking up again.
