You need to know your way around a diesel engine, transmissions, brakes...etc..Tractor and Brand specific stuff is not as much of a big deal since I will show you what you need to know as you go. Possible lead on a Facilities Management position in the Garland/Richardson area.
Leadership characteristics have slight priority over technical ability due to the increased amount of Vendor management and decreasing amount of hands on work. Clean, professional appearance is a must due to retail environment.
$15-$17/hr
M-F 7a-2:30p (no overtime available)
This will be a direct replacement for my currently held position so I must meet and approve of the candidate as he will be taking on previously established relationships with co-workers and vendors and team.

In need of a general handyman in FloMo/Lewisville area to ready house for sale. Basic painting skills, sanding, prime, putty, seal, paint. General carpentry repair, minor electrical such as putting replacing old outlets or GFI. General clean up of barn and house junk to take to dump. Possibly assist with yard sale set up and break down. Pull down window screens and clean, and wash windows. Repair kitchen faucet, etc.. Just a lot of odds and ends. I will supply all materials and necessary tools. Cash 10/ hr plus barter for some stuff we are looking to sell like yard equipment, bikes, tools, hunting equipment. Must have valid citizenship and drivers license. Drug free. 6-8 hours/ day Monday -Friday. Job should last at least 2 weeks, possibly 3. For quality and timely work there will could be a 10% cash bonus when job is done. Perfect summer job for a college student who has decent handyman skills. PM ME ONLY IF INTERESTED.
