I am in Orlando this week visiting my house here (man I miss it here in Florida!) Did some GREAT Hog hunting while here but that's in another section.
I went to a wild life refuge 25k acres and its 20 mins from my house :-) - Don't have my FL hunting licence anymore so did not hunt but I drove around the 13 mile loop road through the hunting areas. And I spotted a TON of quail and quail season is still in full effect here in Florida. I was tempted to buy my licence online on my phone, but did not haha. SO I just watched as they just strolled around haha.
Anyway looking forward to the next season and gonna go get some!

My parents live in Kissimmee and I've been trying to find a place to go do something (besides Disney) when we're there for our annual Christmas visit.
Went up to Jacksonville to a quail preserve this past visit and shot some Quail...Fun for sure, but not exactly wild quail hunting.
Would love to get out a little more.
Maybe you might be there next December or something?
