I want to try to get a little more waterfowl hunting in next year, and like that the Texas seasons are open when ours in Florida are closed. Due to distances to drive, I am most interested in hunting southeastern Texas, south of Katy or in that area. Due to distance, I am also not looking for a do it yourself hunt, I get plenty of that back home. Does anyone have any guides or outfitters in that area that they have hunted with that they woudl recommend? Thanks.

Spent 23 yrs in Fl. Got to Texas and found Third Coast Outfitters.

If you are driving, save yourself an extra hour of driving and call the drake plantation, they hunt around Winnie.
