I remember my sons first hog, man was he excited!! I even got the head mounted for him, not the biggest trophy but it certainly is one for me, ill remember that day every time i look at it. Ill get one for my daughter as well when that time comes.

Gave my 40 yo daughter a Valentine's card today, told her I might not see her come Friday in case they went out of town. Seems last year I was coaching her softball team and teaching them to ski. Enjoy these moments fellas. Greatest invention for Dad's are these digital cameras, every Dad should have several.

Awesome picture, My daughter shot her first buck at the age of 9 and put a few hogs down along the way. It has been a great experience over the years and now she is beautiful young lady getting ready to head off to college. We've had some great times in the field together over the years, but his year she topped her personnel best with a nice old 12 point that she will hang on her wall. Take advantage of these moments when you can, it doesn't take long before they grow up and are gone.
