I've posted on here for years about my stuff in Shamrock and my day hunts.
This is different. My dad and I have about 1800 acres on the Arkansas River in Kansas.
The first year I had it was last year. I just worked out another 4 years with the landowner.
We paid $2500 last year to hunt 7 days for bow and I had 2 gun hunters that paid the same.
We killed 1 buck and the guys from TX that borders us killed 2. I think they have 3000 acres.
I'm looking for 2 bow hunter or 2 gun or Black powder guys for the first week of gun for $2500.
The price between $2000 and $2500 depends on how many guys. THe fewer the better but it's more $$.
It's good place with lots of deer and we saw some big ones and I have some pics.
We do have a house. At this time the lady charges $20 a night but I'm working on that. They own the land also.

It's on the river, 3 miles of it. This year we had or neighbors had beans, milo, wheat and corn.

This weekend I went and looked at about another 2000 acres they have.
It's all pretty good but the neighbors really have the very good stuff.
Some of this borders Quievera Wildlife Refuge. It's mainly BP and Gun stuff.
They want to lease or find day hunters for this ground.

This is a lot of talk so if your interested in Kansas just call me or PM me 405-229-2969.
If they can get someone they are going to put feeders or food plots in.
It's a very good area around Sterling Kansas.

I am a little confused...

So, you have 1800 acres and you and your dad bow hunt it, but can only hunt 7 days. Ya'll pay $2500/person. You lease the same 1800 acres out to rifle hunters that also pay $2500/gun and get it for rifle season only.

You are looking for someone to lease during rifle season, only one week for between $2000-$2500 depending on how many people they have.

On the 2k acres, do you actually get to lease it or only hunt for a week? How much is it for the 2k acres and how many hunters are they planning on putting on it?

I didn't think I explained it very well.
On the 1800 on the river it is a deer lease for bow or gun hunters.
Four bow hunters last year and we paid $2500 for 7 days.
I'm looking for a gun hunter on the 1800 acres that season is usually the first of Dec for $2500.

On the 2K acres that I looked at last weekend it's a 1200 acre piece that borders Quievera.
It's a 640 and a 320 that are caddy corner to each other. 2 guys on the 1200 and 1 on each of the
smaller pieces. These places are mainly open rolling hills with grass. The all I have a
few places with cottonwoods. But the land that borders it is very good.

If I was a BP or Gun hunter I would hunt any of them. But being a bow hunter it's very limited.

Let me know if you guys have any other questions. And like I said before call
me it would be less painful. Lol. 405-229-2969

I'm interested in the bow. Is it the 1st week of December only also? Same as gun dates?
