1 jar whole pickled pepper seeds removed
6 slices thick cut bacon
Bbq sauce
1 link boudain skin removed
4oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning. I use low salt.

Mix ingredients 4-9 well. Make tbl spoon balls from mixture and stuff jalapeņos. Wrap with bacon and insert toothpick through sides. Smoke at 250-275 for 2 hours or until bacon is crisp. I put a little sweet baby rays on top at the end.

Can you use fresh jalapenos? Or.does the vinegar trigger some of the tastes?

Sure you can. Some people prefer pickled ones because they are milder in the heat department.
