 Deer Hamburger Steaks in Onion Gravy

Season deer burger patties with garlic powder, season salt, and black pepper......flowered and browned in the cast iron skillet with minimal oil  Cut up one large or two small onions and add to drippings.....cook until carmalized  Mix one can of beef broth with water, and add flour, salt, and pepper, and wisk......pour into skillet with onions to make the gravy......add water as needed and once gravy is ready, add the hamburger patties back to the gravy......cover and simmer for 20 minutes  Serve over mashed potatoes with green beans on the side

Looks great. We did almost the same thing but added garlic mashed potatoes. I ate till I hurt!
