Having trouble decided what brand to go with. I don't want to have to buy a bunch of mounts and will probably only use it on 2 rifles anyway so would like to go with a thread on instead of qd. Anyone have a 300 blackout in bolt action with a suppressor that can give me their opinion about their suppressor?

Mine is a QD but it works for my needs. YHM 762QD Ti. I only had one rifle I planned on using it on on a regular basis, now I use it on 5 rifles and the mounts make it really easy. Don't have to worry about my rifles all having the same thread pitch.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

ThunderBeast 30P, a little longer than some, but very light and quiet. Rated up to a 300 win mag. I us mine on my 308 and 300 blk rifles, love it

One of the best suppressors on the market is a Shark. David's cans are slightly heavier and more durable for good reason. I've seen 2 Thunderbeast cans get launched down range. They are too thin at the muzzle area, and they can't handle the pressure. Light weight means thin, and not durable.

Savage 300BLK. 208 A-Max 16.5". My Innovative Arms Deception noticeably quieter than my Thunder Beast 30P-1. It's not Ti, but weighs 20oz and my Thunder Beast 30P-1 is 17oz and 1.5" shorter.

Thanks guys. I will check into Shark and innovative arms suppressors. Just trying to find out which one to go with since it will be my first can. About how much does each qd mount cost if I decided to go with a qd can?
