I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

My favorite is a Wilson Combat TTU single stage set to 3lbs (vs the 4 standard) In fact I just received another one yesterday.
Timney 3lb feels close, CMC has a tiny, tiny bit of creep. SSA-E is a good one as well.
Getting some stuff in from Blackrain Ordnance including their trigger. Played with one briefly on a friend's rifle and it has a good feel but wasn't hyper analysing it.

This ^ I have the SSA-E, but they are both great. Best AR triggers IMO.

I love my Jewell AR-15 trigger. It has worked very well, and is set very light.

I like my Timney 3 lb trigger. It is a single stage and I prefer them over a two stage.

I'm running the Wilson Combat TTU in one and the Gieselle SSAE in another. I like the Wilson more .

Geisselle triggers are fantastic and they deserve their reputation, but they aren't the only gig in town that is capable of making you very happy. I have a Timney 4# in one of my ARs and it is a great trigger that just about anyone would love in a "Pepsi challenge", but I wish the hammer spring was a little more robust; sometimes it doesn't like military primers. As a less expensive alternative, the JP Fire Control system with adjustment for creep and travel is also REALLY good. It's actually my favorite at the moment, but if you like to do a lot of "fast" shooting then the reset may take some getting used to.

I felt a Wilson at a store and I think I could like it as much as my ssa e. The timneys I've felt were pretty good but not as good as the ssa e or that Wilson I briefly played with

For me the draw to Gieselle was the full power hammer spring for reliable ignition with all ammunition. I'm sure a few of the others offer the same thing but several reduce the hammer spring weight to lessen trigger pull weight.

Since you are not looking for a light trigger pull. I like the feel of my Mega triggers in mine. Not a drop in and uses the Mil spec components. Around 4lbs on mine and about $100 http://megaarms.com/ar-15/accessories-2/trigger/
