In the last week I have had two ducks killed by predators. Well it rained all day, and I grabbed a bunch of trash pallets from work and built this. Only investment was the PVC, which is pretty much crack prices. Total was right around $51 for the entire project, everything else was left over.

After roof and all it was close to 200 lbs. Used a tractor to move it

Figure I will put some brush around it, etc, to blend it in, that way the wild ones still come in

Thought this was funny, my dad and I, we are both holding our drink, with our hand in our left pocket. Guess its the family norm, my stepmom took the pic

You going to rent these, or will they be like "section 8" housing?

I think we need pics of the ducks actually using their new house!

Hope it doesn't turn into a snake den in the summer!

All that to say, nice work

Well they have been on it all night soon as I sprinkled a little dog food on the porch and put on a little ramp. I had two cinder blocks on the front for counter weights, but think I will need to remove one
