new to chase geese this year. So I have a question as to what is or is not an "eagle headed" blue goose? I have a couple of pix of what I think may qualify, and if so, is this one worth hanging on the wall?

Not me The boys i have been mentoring did it on their own! They spotted 40 geese hanging around the duck hole so they pulled off a stalk and jump shoot. They whacked 8 on the jump.

It looks nice. Our first year hunting geese, my son shot a beautiful eagle head, his first goose ever. I didn't realize how nice it was and we cleaned it. Haven't shot one that nice again to hang on the wall.
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden. Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.
