I shot a mule deer doe this past October. First time ever having mulie venison. I of course have had wts for years now. I remember seeing some bigger mulie bucks at the processor, and the meat looked VERY RED. This kinda worried me on this deer(gamey), as I thought it might have a stronger taste. The meat was actually very light and very tasty. I will let you know on a buck, hopefully in a couple of weeks.
