I may have a chance at an Edwards County lease. Around 6000 acres with hook ups. Owner wants $5k per gun with 15 guns. Year round with some exotics. If I'm ramrod this would be very family friendly. PM me with interest.

Kind of pricey for that area isn't it?

400 acres per gun with exotics. I have been paying more than that per acre for 2 years. This fell into my lap. $12.50 per acre Don't know where you been hunting! If it's to pricey don't PM me.

If Edwards county is $5k per gun hunting really is going through the roof.

I hunt Edwards County and enjoy it but that is sky high pricing there, you could hunt a huge muy grande lease in south texas for that.

Again how many acres per gun. From what I understand about the landowner he does not want his place shot out. If you know of a South Texas lease for that send me some info. Just seeing if there is interest I didn't set the price.

5K is nearly a yearly mortgage payment, but you are entitled to spend your $$ however. Shoot 'em up!
