I have 10 acres used for hunting just over an hour from Sugar Land, TX. The land is covered in trees with a clearing in the back about the size of half an acre.

It's a great spot for either building a house or hunting for 1-2 people. I have seen Deer, hogs, turkeys and bobcats on the property. It does have a high fence that runs along the back of the property but the other 3 sides are open. We are asking for 65,000.

If you have any questions please let me know.

The land is located South of HWY 90A off of CR106. It's at the end of a dead end road and is about 20 minutes from HWY 90A. If you are looking for a private homestead or hunting land then this is it.

why lease when you can own? That way you never loose it and can hunt year round!

I would rather lease so I have more than 5 acres per person.

AZbear- i guess it depends on how many people you want hunting with you! Most people I know sit in a tree stand with a bow so 10 acres is plenty- especially since all the land around me is raw land.

You're lucky as hell to have a spot to hunt there.

Just an fyi this comes out to just over 5k a year- for less then 15 years. If you plan on hunting that long then it's a steal. I say that because if you are going to hunt for the next 30 years you would spend between 60k and 90k just on places to hunt. And with land that you own you can pass it down to your kids!

Could you provide a google earth image of the property? Is it rural property or are there houses around? Is there electricity and city utilities ?
