Any recommendations on a puppy food for an 8 week old lab? Just wanting some thoughts.

I've fed just about everything, go with the large breed puppy in whatever you choose. Purina pro plan, eukenuba, loyall, diamond.

I would feed Him / Her, Diamond Naturals large breed puppy.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

I'd just feed him what you're feeding your other dogs if you have other dogs. May as well get puppy foot is not.

My lab is almost 6 months and I have been feeding him 4 Health Puppy since I got him... it's excellent food... he loves it and his coat is super soft and shiny... I get a 35 lb bag at TSC for around $35... Here's a pretty lengthy thread on 4 Health -z

Thanks for the link to that 4 health thread. My 15 month old puppy has gone through a bag of large breed puppy science diet, she seems fine but everyone acts like it is not a good idea to keep her on SD. The girlfriend bought that bag of food... I was considering on going up in quality a bit, but did not want to spend tons of money. That TSC brand seems like it could be a good value and good quality

4 health could be a good buy. Too bad the nearest store is 20 miles away
