just figured the picture thing out. Wanted to post this pic of my dads buck from 2 years ago. Thought it was a great East Texas deer. Never scored it any guesses?

Great looking buck, no matter where it came from Always hard to judge antlers without a head for me, but would guess 140's 49 tines 47 MB 31 M 17 W

Agree. He showed up at my house with it looking like he had just killed somebody. He hadn't shot a deer in years. He did not want my mom to find out. I was upset he hadn't brought the whole head I wanted to mount it.

140 great buck, spread hurt the score on this one or it would push 150. Spread is only 10% of the final score on average. Tine length and mainbeams make up around 70% of the final score on a typical buck.

High 20's low 30's, good deer for Wood County. What part of the county are y'all hunting in? I hunt between Pine Mills and Hainesville.
