1 1/2lb ground beef or venison Taco Seasoning 1 can of lime/cilantro Rotel 1 can of drained corn 1 chopped onion 1 Tbs of garlic 1 package of instant mashed potatoes 1 cup of sharp chedder cheese salt & pepper Bake at 400 for 20 minutes & serve

I tried this recipe yesterday but instead of using the potatoes I used corn bread and it turned out great. Thanks for posting
