Does anyone have a good recommendation for a lodge or guide service in South Texas that offers good Javelina and hog hunts? I would like to not pay more than $500 per hunter for 2 or 3 day hunt. Being to able to hunt coyotes and bobcats would be plus. Thanks in advance!

Without seasoning, they taste like cactus. You have to season the meat a bunch for a fair taste. The meat is real lean, you might get a teaspoon of grease frying a pound of the sausage. Wasnt impressed with Javelina meat but the dogs liked it

We have a ranch in South Texas and host Javelina hunts. Bow hunts only. Need a minimum of 6 hunters to book a hunt. You will have plenty of opportunities. Average about 1-2 Javelina harvested per hunter. Walk in cooler if you want to hang'em till your hunt is over. Assuming your eating or mounting them. Most of our hunters are repeats. Looking for one more group this year to keep the Javelina population in check. PM if interested.
