Is there anybody that has any experience with the 887? I am looking for a good durable duck gun that I don't have to worry about in the field. I want a Max 4 stock and a lower end price range. Open to suggestions.

I've heard some bad stuff about the new Remingtons. I don't think that you can go wrong with an old wingmaster but I haven't heard anything good about the 887s. A quick google search will show what I mean. My back-up duck gun is an older Mossberg 500. I have used it for many years and it has never had an issue or failed to go bang.
