What the best way to clean a turkey if you are planning on a full body mount? Just to get the breasts for meat?

Just like above state
Tuck head under wing and carefully get wrapped in large bag taking care not to damage/bend tail feathers.
Get frozen ASAP

I have also heard using nylon stockings to help hold the feathers. Just have to be careful when sliding the bird in.

I do as above without the trash bag..but wrap in a wet-damp large towel and freeze at once..make sure all feathers are protected and not showing..
