I know I know...
What's your favorite decoys? What lasts the longest? What is worth the money? Etc.
Is it work paying for Dakota? Are Foam filled that much better than non-filled? etc etc
Looking to add a few dozen to the inventory.
I already plan on a pulsator or two. Otherwise, I'm all ears.

Are you saying you would buy non-quality (Hard Core Promo etc), or that you would buy another material (wood)???

I buy GHG progrades. Im super tough on my gear and they typically last around 2-3 seasons. Next year I'll be upgrading to a slotted decoy bag to help cut down on all the wear and tare. I've already said it several times... you pretty much have 3 options. By cheap and replace it every season or so, or buy expensive and replace it every 4-5 seasons. Or do what I do and buy moderately expensive and replace every 2-3 seasons. And once again, It all depends on how rough you are on your gear.
Arise.Kill.Eat -Acts 10:13 I have read a bunch of stuff on the internet about Star Wars but that does not mean I can skin a deer with a light saber.

Yeah, and its not that much of a PITA to worry about a bag instead of throwing them over your shoulder.

Sounds like my morning Well, after 15 or so hunts with a new shotgun with no initial cleaning the gun finally said "no more". I beat it against a tree while in a cussing screaming fit and it shot a few times. My buddies seemed to be enjoying it though.

I bought some Avian X decoys this season and I like them a lot. I also have GHG Pros that are good. I like the Avian X better though......so far.

I have GHG pros now, they;re nice but they wont make it 2 heavy seasons. only plastic decoy worth a flip is G$H....the first few years that GHG made decoys they were good, then they turned to crap. throw the word Pro on it, charge a little more, still crap
Attention rickym, this is not a troll post, just a good hearted fun type of post

I personally use G&H dekes. Honestly...I haven't seen a difference in high dollar decoys and the game winners you can buy at Academy, except for the quality of the plastic.

Just buy what you can afford. G&H are pretty tough. Buy the more fancy decoys when everything else isn't as exciting as it use to be. If your going stare at something all morning it might as well be pretty

Foam filled seem to be a lot heavier, but they don't sink when your, ahem, buddies, shoot them. I also am a big fan of bur-lapped foam as they don't glare and are up tough. I guess you could call it the "old school fully flocked". They are pricey and a little hard to find, but can be repainted easily after several seasons and will last a lifetime. These guys make a nice product: http://www.fowlfoolers.com

I like a keelless decoy because it doesn't take much of a breeze to make'em move. It does require you to not just throw them out because not all will land upright but the movement you get out of them is a good trade off in my opinion.
Don't let your ears hear what your eyes didn't see, and don't let your mouth say what your heart doesn't feel

Gotta agree with Judd, I don't know how they hold up over time but I hunted over some Drake breeze riders one morning and could fart in my layout and make em move

I don't see how you can be going through greenhead gear so fast, I've hunted some of the same ones, 5 days a week for the past 5 years and they still are perfect minus a little bit of paint scratching off
