Bear Hunting in Maine could end after this year. The HSUS is collecting signatures to put it on the Ballot this year. They want to end Bear Trapping, Baiting and Hound Hunting. The woods in Maine are so thick that spot and stalk Hunting would be almost impossible. A lot of Guides in Maine would be ruined. Plus, they(HSUS) would continue to end all Hunting. They already have quite a few signatures. You can help by going to, www.savemainesbearhunt.com. Let's help the folks of Maine and our own backyard by defeating these anti hunters. thats my home state...its sucks this is happening but there are a lot of rich masshole tree huggers that reside there...they had this same thing happen a while back and it didn't pass so hopefully it doesn't pass now

ernamal, I have been to Maine twice on Bear Hunts. Love the people and the Scenery. I remember when they tried before. All is good with them until someone in their family gets in an accident with a Bear. Wonder what they would say then, poor Bear, stupid relatives?? Don't think so. Think I will stop now before I say what I really feel and get kicked off here.
