Well, I can't find anything in your last post that I can disagree with. Very well stated. I do enjoy a good debate when people can stick to the topic and not attack each other.

As hunters and sportsman I know neither of us would want to see an animal die a needless and painful death. While we may not agree on the course of action that could or should have been taken in this situation I certainly don't think either of us would want any of the animals to persish needlessly if something could be done to save them.

Do you have pets or a family. How about if your house caught on fire wouldn't you want the firefighters to do everythoing possible to get the people or animals or yourself out of a burning building. Or do you want those people to look at the door and say, "Well we can't break the door down and save anybody or anything, because these folks might sue us, for breaking down their door."

If your house was on fire, it's already damaged. The fence in this case was obviously still in one piece and fully function.

There is a difference here.

If it would of been the fire department around here they would have drove the fire truck though the fence, they dont take time to open a gate even if it is unlocked.

There is no difference anywhere, here, there, or over yonder. Whether a place is already on fire or is in emminent danger of being so, fire fighters are going to do everything to save life and property.

I ain't getting into it with anyone else on this subject. You nor I either one was there. I know what I would have been looking at doing had I been there. You have a different point of view. You are entitled to that point of view, as I am mine.

The fire fighters involved feel that something different could have done, I agree with them.
