Hey Eland - where did you acquire the mesquite floor pedestal from? I'm looking at pedestals now for my springbok slam I shot over in South Africa & I really like the look of yours.

I agree, that pedestal is awesome.

And yes Aaron that client is getting her cow mounted. Should be a nice mount.

Honestly I can't remember the guy's name. I shot that bull 10 years ago. The base was custom-built by a gentleman in Kerrville.

I just chicken fried a tender and some backstrap. Melt in your mouth good. Awesome good eats.

Interesting. Did you have to tenderize steaks? The back straps off that cow were actually marbled. Never seen that on wild game before.
