But I have no idea how or where to start. I have never reloaded before and will need to know everything there is to know! Thanks for the help.

look at the Lee single stage kit. That and a set of dies is all you need to start. Other than that start reading online to get the basic idea of reloading. Then pick a bullet you want to use, look up recommended powder charges to pick you powder and go from there.

Been trying to get a 458 socom together forever but barrels and bolts don't exist. Have dies, brass, powder, bullets, etc....but they have no home...LOL! Maybe someday after I finish the AR10 I am working on...barrels and bolts will materialize.
