I've got some birds skinned out and I am about to start fleshing them. Is there any advice anyone can give me on the rest of the process? Thanks guys!

Get ALL the fat off of them, make sure they are clean after washing, completely dry the bird before you mount it. Make sure all the feathers are dry even the down feathers. Look at live bird reference photos of a pose you are trying to replicate.
