Looking to order a PSA lower online. The blems are on sale right now. Was wanting to see if someone with an FFL could place the order for me and I could then pick up from them.
Or would I just need to order and then send to an FFL?

Find an FFL, tell them what you are ordering, order from PSA, have FFL fax in their paperwork to PSA with your order number.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Find a gun shop, shooting range or pawn shop. They are usually FFLs.

Just make sure they are reasonable on their FFL fees. I have a guy in Bedford and a guy in Murphy that I use. Both work out of their houses and charge $10 with CHL and $15 without. I have heard of some outrageous fees from some gun shops ($75!!!).
