 Remington 597 HB 22lr Opinions?

I would like to know if anyone out there has one and what your thoughts are on them. Thinking of picking one up, specifically the heavy barrel model. Also, would be interested in those that have dropped one of these into a Boyds Evolution SS stock made for the 597. Online reviews seemed to be a mix of good and bad, just would like some THF opinions.

I've got the 22mag version and it's a great shooter. Little finicky on the ammo...but if you stay away from the plastic tipped stuff it will shoot all day.
