I am currently looking for a lease in Polk County for the 2014-2015 season. I am currently on a MLD 3 lease and looking for a lease that I can use my tags on. I feed year round and willing to help on spring and fall food plots.

Means that they shoot anything they see on those leases. The opposite of "management minded"...Not necessarily my opinion...but I believe that was what was meant by that...

I think you will find the majority of leases in Polk county are Highly managed at this point. Just look at the Antler restrictions on here discussing the data out there from TXPWD. Polk has by far the highest reporting of any county in the state. Good luck finding something The hunting has been good the last couple of years.
