Obamacare isnt the only problem.

It seems the current political scene is:
1) trying to restrict gun ownership
2) implementing measures to stop importation of weapons and ammunition
3) implementing environmental measures that may affect future domestic ammunition production
4) ordering enough ammunition to keep government agencies supplied for a very long time while creating fear and instability in the current ammunition market

Looks like a lot of things occuring at the same time which make me uncomfortable.

Obamacare make me just as uncomfortable. That is why I took a job a year ago with health benefits from a major private insurance company that guaranteed itself to be in the market until 2017. They wanted to stay in the market until the government forced them out of business.

As always, be ready to provide for yourself with no help from any other higher power but God.

Im not paranoid but we cant be so complacent that history repeats itself. Concho I agree Obamacare is going to ruin life as we know it.

I'm just thinking, if I'm going to pick some governmental group to go south, it sure wouldn't be the border patrol. Most of those guys are tough, conservative, gun loving, citizens--who don't take much crap off anyone. Now if you see the Red Cross buying millions of rounds-take cover.

Most of the federal law enforcement agencies allow their agents to practice each month and give them an allotment of ammunition to accomplish that goal. If I'm around while these feds are trading shots in a tight area, I would sure hope they can shoot well, so I think they should get all the practice they can stand. Keep your eyes on the big prize, the government does stuff to avert attention, and the left wing media will report on anything but what is important. Obamacare will completely change our country forever and people have a 'Who cares" attitude. Obama said he would change America, Obamacare is the vehicle for that change, redistribution of wealth, and the ACA law could very well determine who can own a firearm.

massive amounts of ammo being ordered, surplus armored vehicles being delivered to local police departments, mock helicopter gunship runs in major cities, major downsizing of the military, etc.

Obama is a student of true Socialism. He has given speeches where he said his goal is to redistribute the wealth. The only way to accomplish what he wants to accomplish will be to due it by force. He wants to disarm the citizens while increasing the armament of every branch of government. I am not paranoid. I am a realist. It would be foolish not to believe that a man's goals are that which he states are his goals.

Obama told us in plain English "I believe in redistribution of the wealth". What part of that don't you understand?
