Ok every time I think I have it down to what I want, I get to looking around and find more. Ok so deer and hog hunting Texas only. Might take some predators. But that's all. I don't really want any bigger than a .270. No smaller than a .25/06. I've looked at both of those cals and also 6.5 cm never shot a 25/06, 6.5 cm, or anything in that range. Only had the 270,280 or 7mag. I'm looking for the most accurate and hardest hitting with FACTORY ammo. I know a well placed shot is key. But otherwise any advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm not mad when I say this. Did you try a search? This exact topic comes up every three of four days.

Yeah I tried search. Most of those convos get off topic. I was wanting to stay within a certain range of calibers.

Your own previous thread. http://www.texashuntingforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/4816493/1/Caliber_questionAnswers will be the same from the same people. You want a rifle that shoots factory ammo that will handle coyotes, hogs, and deer, and are leaning toward the 6.5 Creedmoor. Good choice, now go out and buy the rifle. I'll say again Tikka, Savage and Rem 700, in that order.

The 270 was the most widely owned caliber in the state of Texas at one point. Might still be the case. Don't over think it. Buy it and get to hunting. Whitetail season is almost over.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

If you are a little recoil sensitive and only want it for Texas, I'd say get on the net and find a Remington Stainless Sendero Fluted at probably around $1000. They are well made and accurate to a fault. Then put at least a $1000 piece of glass on top of it with great rings and bases. With handloads 100 gr Barnes Bullets it will shoot thru about anything in Texas at any angle. It is also accurate to a fault.

When all else fails there is the 7mm STW.

.270 or 25-06 are both good in my opinion. they both shoot flat and fast. the 25-06 ammo cost more and a little harder to find. good luck
