Its been close to 5 years without a lease, but this may finally end!! Been dyin to get back on a lease! 600ac. in Dilley, TX south of Pearsall. They want 6,000.00 a year total and I think my friends bud is only lookin for 3 hunters and thier wives so this would be PERFECT for me... 200ac/blind at 2000.00 each couple... I am told it has a cabin, we all sent back some questions as for electricity and running water and such... Lease is year round... I hunted down in Zavala (Crystal City) for years as a ranch hand to my uncle. Lots of BIG deer came off that place, 14point the biggest of the group killed there... Would be great to get back down south!!! I am STOAKED!!!

Almost sounds too good to be true. Check it out thoroughly before signing a lease. Good luck, I hope it's just what you said, sounds like a dream!!!

I kind of figured there would be some deals out there with the economy being the way it is. We will probably buy some land or get a lease this next season I just hope I can come across a deal like this if we lease.

I haven't heard for this year, but usually around early-mid dec... I hope it comes through! I need to call my bud and see if he's got any news...
