What exactly are you looking for and how much you looking to spend? The stuff from Wilson works well - www.wilsonelectronics.com

I'm looking to improve the reception for my iPhone and iPad. On most of my hunting club I get 4G, but only one to two bars. Are you aware of a device that would improve that to three to five bars ?

From an old radio tech - the boosters only work to enrich those who hawk them. The only way to increase receive signal is to raise the receive antenna or move it closer to the transmitter. You just can't make something from nothing.

I have two of the cell phone booster that I've used all over the southern states. I have one in the truck and one in my camper. I forgot the brand, but it's similar to the Wilson ones. Mine came with a antenna to stick outside, the booster, an interior receiver, and a outlet plug and a cigarette lighter plug. I use mine all the time, works great.

Huntinggag which booster from wilson do you have? I don't actually own one but have heard great things about them - like said above, ones with the amp will work better. If you at least you have some signal you should be good to go. If you had NO signal/coverage, it would not be much help.

I install signal boosters in trucks for a living for folks out in east Texas. They do work, if installed correctly. Look at Smoothtalker. They make a wireless booster that I've been testing with very good results. Actually working even better than Wilson. They are not cheap, but they work.

OK! Y'all have found one that actually raises the antenna AND relocates it outside. It might work, and the guys say it does, but you will have to use the speakerphone it sounds like...

The kid at Best Buy said that the Wilson MobilePro worked and that several hunters had been in at the beginning of the hunting season and he felt like they must perform well as there have not been any guys coming in disappointed.
Thanks for the feedback from everyone and I'll check out some of the ones that have been mentioned.
